$300 donation to ‘Stand Up Placer’ in celebration of our 4-month anniversary and the launching of our newest candle, ‘Be-Still’, released on 4/14/22. Stand Up Placer is local Placer County 501 (c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives by empowering survivors and educating communities to stand up to domestic violence, sexual assault, and human trafficking. standupplacer.org
BREAST CANCER
$300 donation to ‘Think Pink Granite Bay’ in celebration of our one-year anniversary and in hopes of bringing more awareness, research and life-saving technology to the fight against breast cancer. Think Pink Granite Bay is a volunteer organization dedicated to raising money to promote breast cancer awareness and fund state of the art technology to save lives! Think Pink Granite Bay raised $155,134 in one day (10-2-2022) for Sutter Roseville Medical Center! EDUCATION
$750 contribution to ‘Loyola Guild of Jesuit High School’ through our participation in the annual Christmas Tree Lane fundraiser event we were able to raise over $750 from the sale of our candles. Established in 1955, the Loyola Guild is a non-profit organization of Jesuit High School in Sacramento, CA. A community of parents, friends and community leaders coming together to foster the educational and social needs of the high school community. The Guild sponsors annual events with profits going towards Jesuit’s scholarship endowment. We were honored to participate and contribute to this great event. jesuithighschool.org/loyola-guild
REFORESTATION
$100 donation to ‘One Tree Planted’ in celebration of the one-year anniversary of our beautiful ‘Tree Whisper’ candle. One Tree Planted is A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION FOCUSED ON GLOBAL REFORESTATION. They plant one tree for every dollar donated, so our TWO $50 donations resulted in 100 trees being planted! ONE DOLLAR. ONE TREE. ONE PLANET. OCEAN CONSERVATION
$100 donation to ‘Oceanic Preservation Society’ in honor of World Oceans Day on June 8th. Oceanic Preservation Society (OPS): Expose the Truth. Protect the Planet. OPS inspires, empowers, and connects a global community using high-impact films and visual storytelling to expose the most critical issues facing our planet. Team of artists/activists expose environmental issues & promote advocacy via film/media. In addition, we purchased several “Ocean Conservation” bracelets from PuraVida. For each bracelet we purchased, PuraVida donated 5% of the purchase price to nonprofit organizations dedicated to the protection and enjoyment of the world's ocean, waves and beaches.
EMERGENCY FIRE RESPONSE
$100 donation to ‘Hungry Heroes Hawaii Emergency Fire Response’ to assist in the immediate needs (food, water & Shelter) of the victims of the devastating fire in Lahaina, HI. Lahaina needs our support! We just made a donation to a local grassroots organization called Hungry Heroes Hawaii! They are pulling together and making a big difference to those in need in Lahaina! In addition to our immediate donation to Hungry Heroes Hawaii today, we will also donate 100% of the proceeds from the online sales of our “Grace on Pointe” candle for the entire month of August to Hungry Heroes Hawaii. “Grace on Pointe” features beautiful notes of plumeria, an exquisite flower found in the tropical paradise of Hawaii! This lovely flower smells amazing and holds a special place in the hearts of Hawaiians, symbolizing love, beauty and grace. One small way for us to give back and make a difference to the people of Lahaina! May we give light and illuminate love together during this time of need. Mahalo!

As a member of a global organization, SITD’s focus is improving the lives of women and girls through programs leading to social and economic empowerment. EMPOWERING AGED-OUT AND AT RISK YOUTH
$100 donation to COMPASSION PLANET. Every 2 minutes, a child enters the U.S. Foster Care System. At 18, they age out of foster care & become one of the most at-risk people groups in the United States. Compassion Planet empowers aged-out foster youth & youth from at-risk backgrounds to achieve independence, overcome personal obstacles, & reach their fullest potential.
WILDLIFE RESCUE
$100 donation to The West Sound Wildlife Shelter. West Sound Wildlife Shelter provides injured, orphaned, and sick wildlife a second chance at life and promotes the well-being of wildlife and their habitats through public outreach, education, and involvement. In addition to our monetary donation, we also contributed 160 travel tin candles and a silent auction gift basket for their fundraising event.
SURVIVORS OF SEX TRAFFICKING
$100 donation to PURE HOPE FOUNDATION. The VISION of Pure Hope Foundation is to strengthen families and restore survivors of sex trafficking. As a second-stage program, we offer survivors who have been stabilized, typically in a safe-house setting, continued healing, personal development, extended educational support and vocational skills to help them acquire skills that will allow for healthy, independent lives.
LOCAL FAMILIES IN NEED
$100 donation to THE AUBURN INTERFAITH FOOD CLOSET. The Auburn Interfaith Food Closet provides nutritious food to those in need, preserving their dignity and encouraging self-reliance. Our Vision: All people in need, living in our service area, will have access to nutritious food.
FAMILIES DEALING WITH HEALTH CRISIS
$100 donation to FACT Relief Foundation. FACT (Families and Communities Together) Relief Foundation is dedicated to helping ease the burden and worry associated with concerns for the financial stability of a family when dealing with a health crisis.
