candle care + safety precautions

Mandala Moon Candle Co. candles have little pieces of gemstones in our candles as part of our healing and meditation energy focus.  These little gemstones will move to the bottom of the candle as the soy wax melts, so please remember to remove them when your candle is done and keep them in a special place - collect them as you enjoy our candles.  

  • Burn candle on a heat resistant, flat surface and away from flammable items - do not leave lit candle unattended

  • Keep candles away from little ones and pets 

  • Burn your candle for at least two hours the first time. Allow wax to melt to the edges to prevent “tunneling” 

  • Trim wick 1/4" before relighting your candle

  • Do not burn candle for more than 4 continuous hours

  • Stop burning when only 1/4” of wax remains

  • Use caution collecting the gemstones from the bottom of the container as the melted soy wax is very hot 

  • Repurpose your containers when you are done enjoying your candle

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Currently, we are not offering expedited shipping. We typically ship orders out within 5-7 business days.

I want to order multiple items within one order and ship them as gifts to separate addresses; is this possible?

As much as we would love to be able to ship to multiple addresses from one order, our system does not currently have that option (yet!). Please place one order per shipping address.

RETURN POLICY

All of our candles are custom, hand-made candles. We create our candles carefully with love with the highest care given to each individual candle. We do not offer returns on our candles. However, customer satisfaction is important to us, so please let us know if you have any concerns regarding your purchase and we will make every effort to address any concerns. In some cases, we may be able to offer a replacement candle.

If you have a concern about a candle you purchased from one of the retailer locations that carry our products, please contact them directly.

If your item(s) arrives damaged, please contact us right away so that we may take care of the issue and make a claim with the shipping company. We will need to receive a photo of the damaged item(s).
